HOME TOUR: Sunny California Oasis

I like to share other designers' work from time to time because there's no shortage of inspiring design out there. I think it's been minute since I've done a home tour, so today I'm brining you the latest from one of my favorite Southern California designers, Rita Chan Interiors. Rita strives to support brands that are socially and environmentally responsible and loves to source furnishings made in California to support the local economy, which is something I can wholeheartedly align with. Check out her newest endeavor Good Ancestor Co. where you can find curated goods and a list of vendors who are committed to making our world a better place.

This project I'm featuring today is located in Southern California in the coastal town of Manhattan Beach. It's one of those homes that makes me feel like I could literally just move-right in and not change a thing. Of course that would be weird, but you get where I'm going with that compliment. Rita's designs embody the California coastal feeling that make me feel right at home. This project incorporates a mix of materials, both modern and traditional, crisp white walls, warm woods accents and lots of textural layers.

Scroll on for the tour and let me know if you love it as much as I do.
